Healthy Sleep Habits and Goals
As a parent of three I know how important sleep is for everyone! It helps in healing and adjusting for parents and growth for their baby. I received my training and certification from the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting.
Newborns shouldn't be sleep trained, but that doesn't mean that there aren't tips and tricks to help get through those first few months. Older children can regress when a new sibling is brought home. Schedules may need to be balanced as parents are juggling multiple children.
Healthy sleep habits are a skill that need to be learned, and by working together, I can help acquire the skills needed to bring to keep your family rested.
